I was commissioned by property developer 94 Feet to undertake a \’lifestyle shoot\’ to create the basis of their marketing materials to assist in the sale of appartments in a new residential development in Rippon Lea Vic.

The brief centred around displaying the potential lifestyle that a purchasers could have were they to own a new apartment in the Indigo development. The idea was to capture the individual in a range of \’local environments\’ whilst not having them be the central focus point.

A number of locations were scouted and shot with a model and further supporting imagery was captured in the local area all within walking distance of the apartment. Highlighting the developments convenient location to various forms of PT, eateries, shops and parks was also important.

The images were used as part of an online and print campaign and the apartment block sold out.
